Highlights and learning objectives:
– During this 2-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to look into the tool Kanbanize and how it can visualize ON ONE screen higher level work items like programs, projects, features, epics, AND teams working on them. This will be across multiple teams, and you’ll be able to see how higher level work items automatically move along as teams get their work done.
– It will give you an idea on how to scale Kanban beyond team level.
Who Can Attend?
Organisational change agents, project managers, product owners, project managers, product owners, process improvement consultants, everybody interested in better tooling. It is recommended that participants have a basic understanding of Kanban and have been part of a team level class or simulation. We need 6 or 10 participants to make the workshop happen.
